PaperTotal and Expensify
Expensify is the larger product. It has a free plan, unlimited scanning on its paid plans, its own corporate card and travel booking. PaperTotal is smaller and priced differently: a plan is a flat monthly figure that includes a set number of members and scans.
Choose Expensify if you want a free plan, the lowest price per member, unlimited scans, a corporate card or travel booking.
Choose PaperTotal if you want one flat price with members included and no card to qualify for a discount.

- Unlimited scans

- Its own card

Where PaperTotal differs
- Members are in the price
- Pro includes 3 members and Business includes 10. Extra members cost $6 on Pro and $8 on Business.
- The price does not depend on a card

- Single sign-on at a flat price

- A trial with no card
