Refund policy

The trial

The 30-day trial needs no card and costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Monthly plans

You can cancel at any time, and your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part of a month.

Yearly plans

If you ask within 14 days of a yearly charge, we refund it in full and cancel the plan. After 14 days, you can cancel so that the plan does not renew, and it runs to the end of the paid year.

Charges made in error

If we charged you by mistake or twice for the same thing, we refund it in full, whenever you notice.

App Store and Google Play

The iOS and Android apps are not out yet, so nothing can be bought through either store today. Once they are, Apple and Google take payment for subscriptions bought there, so refunds for those purchases are handled by them under their own rules. You would ask through your App Store or Google Play account.

Your data after a refund

When we cancel a plan with a refund, capture and edits stop, and reading and exporting your records continue. A refund for a mistaken charge leaves your plan as it was.

Write to support@papertotal.com from the address on your account and tell us which charge you mean. A refund goes back to the original payment method.
