Shoeboxed is the paper specialist. Its prepaid envelope comes with every plan, and it says people check every receipt. PaperTotal matches its monthly prices with more digital scans and includes team workflow from Pro, but it does not offer paper mail-in or people checking documents yet.
Choose Shoeboxed if paper is most of what you have, you want people checking every receipt on a small plan, or you want to reach someone by phone.
