Trial terms
Your first verified sign-in creates a workspace and starts your trial. There is nothing to cancel if you decide not to continue. You get one trial: another workspace you create shares what is left of it, and joining someone else's workspace neither uses it nor adds to it.

Questions about plans
How does the trial work?
Each person gets one 30-day Pro trial with no card, starting at their first sign-in. Any other workspace you create shares what is left of it, and one you create after that needs a plan to add receipts. Choose a plan at any point during the trial, or when it ends.
What counts as a scan?
One scan is one document read in a calendar month, from any way in. Sending the exact same file again does not use a scan, because there is nothing new to read.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
New documents are refused until the next calendar month, or until you move to a larger plan. There are no overage charges. Everything you already have stays available.
How do extra members work?
Starter is for one person. Pro includes 3 members and adds more at $6 each a month, up to 25. Business includes 10 and adds more at $8 each a month, with no upper limit. Extra members are sold on the web only.
How much does paying yearly save?
A yearly plan is charged once. Against twelve monthly payments, it saves $19 on Starter, $58 on Pro and $158 on Business.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in US dollars and do not include sales tax. Any tax due is worked out at checkout from your billing location.
Can I get a refund?
The trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. For paid plans, the refund policy has the details. Read the refund policy
