Every document the API reads.
Receipts, invoices, bills and business cards are read by the core pipeline. Everything else is a built-in blueprint: send it to POST /v1/documents/any with its blueprint_name, or start your own from its fields. GET /v1/blueprints/:name lists the fields each one returns. The API comes with the Business plan, and the API reference has every route.
