Other connections
Gmail, cloud storage and Slack, and what each one does.
Open Settings, Accounting and find Other connections. Each one says what it does, or what works today if it does not connect directly yet.
- Gmail files receipts from new mail without forwarding it. Mail received before you connect stays unread.
- Google Drive backs up your receipts and sends finished exports to a PaperTotal folder.
- Dropbox, Box and OneDrive do the same, and also bring in files you drop into a PaperTotal folder.
- Slack lets you approve reports from a Slack message and posts receipts to a channel you choose.
A connection that has not been switched on here yet says so when you try it.
