Keep a second business in its own workspace

1. Open Settings, General.
2. Under Another workspace, choose Create a team workspace.
3. Name it, and choose whether to start from the standard setup or copy an existing workspace.

Copying brings categories, tags, custom fields and rates. Nothing else comes across. Each workspace has its own members, records and plan.

Your 30-day trial belongs to you, so another workspace you create shares what is left of it, and one you create after it ends needs a plan before it can capture.
