Publish your expense policy
Give every member one place to read what the workspace asks before they spend.
Available on: Pro and up
Under Settings, Rules, on the General tab, the Expense policy section takes text, a PDF or both. Every member can then read it and download the PDF from Settings, Expense policy.
Nobody is told when it changes, so say so yourself if a change matters.
