Change or remove a member

Open Settings, Members and open the actions for a person.

• Edit changes their role, their manager, their title and department, and how much they can approve. Their reports go to their manager first.
• Suspend stops them getting in for now, and Reactivate lets them back.
• Remove from workspace takes them out. They lose access straight away. Their expenses stay in the workspace, and anything waiting on their approval moves to the owner.

Select several people to change a role, a manager or a status for all of them at once. Only an owner can hand out the owner role.
