Turn on two-factor authentication

1. Open Settings, Profile and find Two-factor authentication. Verify your email address first if you have not.
2. Choose Use an authenticator app and scan the code, or Use text messages and enter your number with its country code.
3. Enter the 6-digit code to finish.
4. Save your recovery codes somewhere safe. This is the only time they are shown.

A recovery code gets you in if you lose your second factor. To require a second factor for everyone in a workspace, someone who runs it sets it up for themselves first, then turns on Require two-factor authentication under Settings, Security. Their other workspaces are not affected.
