Add an address under Settings, Developers. A new address confirms it is yours first: PaperTotal posts it one subscription event, and you send the data.token from that event to POST /v1/webhooks/confirm.
Check that each delivery came from PaperTotal against the raw bytes of the request, using the X-PaperTotal-Signature header. Answer with any 2xx within 10 seconds. Anything else is retried with exponential backoff, 8 attempts over about 24 hours, and a 410 turns the endpoint off. Delivery is at least once, so use the event id to ignore repeats.
