Find your 1099 candidates
See who you paid over the year among the merchants you have marked for a 1099.
Available on: Every plan
- Open Settings, Merchants, open a merchant, enter their tax ID and turn on Eligible for a 1099.
- Open Tax and find 1099 candidates.
The list shows what each payee was paid in total and by card, and whether their tax ID is on file or missing. It follows the calendar year whatever your fiscal year. Card payments are reported by the card processor.
PaperTotal gives you this list. It does not file 1099 forms.
