Make an export template
Get the same columns every time, in the layout your bookkeeper expects.
Available on: Every plan
Open Exports and then Templates, and choose New template. A template picks the columns of a CSV or Excel export, sets their order, renames them and can work out new ones with a formula.
Tick Share with this workspace to let others use it. Then choose it under Columns when you export. Saved templates apply to CSV, Excel, JSON, XML and text files. Exports already made keep their columns.
