Ask for a refund
When a refund applies, and how to ask.
- The trial costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
- Monthly plans: you can cancel at any time, and the plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. Part of a month is not refunded.
- Yearly plans: ask within 14 days of a yearly charge, and it is refunded in full and the plan is cancelled. After 14 days, you can cancel so that it does not renew.
- A charge made by mistake, or twice for the same thing, is refunded in full whenever you notice.
To ask, write to support@papertotal.com from the address on your account and say which charge you mean. A refund goes back to the original payment method.
