Approve or reject a report

Approvals lists what is waiting, oldest first. Clean reports have no findings, flags or holds, so you can select them all and approve them together. Open the rest to decide.

• Approve report moves it on, to the next approver if there is one.
• Reject report sends it back with your reason. You can choose who it goes back to.
• Put on hold, on one expense, keeps that expense out. Approve the rest then moves held expenses to a new draft for their owner, and Approve the full amount releases the hold and approves everything.
• Change approver hands a report to someone else.

If nobody else in the workspace can approve your own report, you can, and the history records it as a self-approval.
