Retract or reopen a report
Take a submitted report back, or return an approved or rejected one to draft.
Retract report pulls a submitted report back to draft, and you can change it and send it again.
Reopen report takes a rejected or approved report to draft, not back to the approver. When an approved report is reopened, its owner and whoever approved it are told. It has to be approved again before it posts to your books again.
A report that is in a reimbursement cannot be reopened until it is taken out of that reimbursement.
