Share a report

Email a PDF link, or add someone who can read it and comment.

Under More on a submitted report, Share report emails someone a link to the report as a PDF, with its receipts. The link stops working after a while.

Add someone puts a person from the workspace on the report. They can read it and comment on it, but they cannot change it or approve it.

Print is on the same menu. Comments on the report are for anything the people on it need to discuss.
