Set mileage rates and vehicles
What a mile is worth, and what you drive.

Open Settings, Mileage and per diem. A rate has a name, an amount per mile or kilometre with up to four decimal places, a currency and the dates it applies. The default rate is used for new mileage.
A trip takes the rate in effect on the day you drove, and past expenses keep the rate they were saved with. An archived rate cannot be picked for new mileage.
Add the vehicles you drive for work so every trip names one. An archived vehicle stays on past trips and leaves the picker.
