Record a trip
Enter a distance or odometer readings, and the rate on the day you drove is applied for you.
Available on: Every plan
- Open Mileage and choose Add a trip.
- Enter the date, where you went from and to, and any stops. Measure this route works the distance out where route measuring is set up.
- Enter the distance, or the odometer readings and a photo of each if you want them on record. Round trip doubles the distance.
- Add the business purpose and the vehicle, and choose Save trip.
Reuse a recent route to save typing, and save places you drive to often. Your trip history shows the name, and only you see your places.
The mileage log has the date, purpose, route, distance and vehicle: what an auditor asks to see. Download log gives you a copy.
